Hi All. Sad to say, we are closing a couple of our locations. The Teote House Cafe is temporarily closed already and tomorrow night (Saturday, August 26th), will be our final night of service at the Teote Mezcaleria at 2700 NE Alberta. We are closed tonight, unfortunately.

Covid and "post-Covid" has been brutal on restaurants, especially in Portland. We have struggled on but need to take a break and down-size for a bit. We will still be open downtown in the Pine Street Market and are available for catering and events, but we are moving out of the Teote Mezcaleria at the end of this month and still working on our next steps at our original location, the Teote House Cafe.

Good news is that we are looking at a sweet spot in NE Portland that we are excited to get into and use that inspiration to reimagine our menu and our reasons for doing what we do. And we haven't yet given up on the House Cafe.

We appreciate all of the friends, customers and employees who have shared the journey with us to this point, and are optimistic for the future. There have been so many moments of magic at Teote and we hope there will be many more to come. Thank you all.
